Atheists Don't Believe In God! Does That Make Them Wicked? So Why Are Jews, Muslims & Christians Discriminating, Committing Genocide, Racist & Controlling Others' Lives & Not Atheists? - RI10

Atheists Don’t

Believe In God!

Does That Make

Them Wicked? So

Why Are Jews,

Muslims & Christians

Discriminating,

Committing

Genocide, Racist &

Controlling Others’

Lives & Not Atheists?

- RI10

Jews marginalize and discriminate against homosexuals. Muslims marginalize and discriminate against homosexuals. Christians marginalize and discriminate against homosexuals. Atheists do not.

Jews start wars of choice. Muslims start wars of choice. Christians start wars of choice. Atheists do not.

Jews attempt to control the lives of others. Muslims attempt to control the lives of others. Christians attempt to control the lives of others. Atheists do not.

Jews commit genocide. Muslims commit genocide. Christians commit genocide. Atheists do not.

Jews commit acts of racism. Muslims commit acts of racism. Christians commit acts of racism. Atheists do not.

Jews pray to God. Muslims pray to Allah. Christians pray to God. Atheists do not pray.

Yet Jews, Muslims and Christians claim to be doing God’s work. No wonder Atheists decline to pray. Who could pray to a God of marginalization, discrimination, war, control, racism and genocide? Those, who believe in God, could not pray to that God! That is why Tabacco no longer considers himself Episcopalian.

If God is upset with Atheists because they do not believe in Him, what must he think of those discriminating, marginalizing, war mongering, controlling, racist, genocidal Jews, Muslims and Christians.

If God is angry with Atheists because they do not believe in Him or pray to Him, let God punish Atheists. But any thinking person must conclude that it is more likely that, if there is a God, He would be more inclined to punish discriminators, marginalizers, war mongers, controllers, racists and those of genocidal bent than those, who merely decline to get down on their knees.

If you are a Jew? If you are a Muslim? If you are a Christian? How could you even face God, knowing the sins you have perpetrated upon fellow human beings? It is very likely that if there is a heaven, it consists mainly of Atheists. Certainly very few Jews, Muslims or Christians could pass the Entrance Exam.

Tabacco: I consider myself both a funnel and a filter. I funnel information, not readily available on the Mass Media, which is ignored and/or suppressed. I filter out the irrelevancies and trivialities to save both the time and effort of my Readers and bring consternation to the enemies of Truth & Fairness! When you read Tabacco, if you don’t learn something NEW, I’ve wasted your time.

This is very egotistically one-minded - overseeing that Christians are pacifists, not all, but many. If the Bible is something to be influenced, then true Christians would be more brotherly - as Jesus taught. Racism and whatnot is in human nature and within all faiths, saying no Atheist is the same is ignorant. I met some Atheist who really are negative this way.

Christianity is DEAD!

Your preachers, priests and elders are greedy, collection plate passing, marble toilet sitting, televangelizing, disaster capitalism supporting, racist, bigoted, selfish sinners, who will go to Hell if such a place exists.

Jesus Christ would throw the money changers out of the Temple today as he did 2,000 years ago. I'm not referring to truly good people, who happen to be Christian. I'm talking about the church leaders, whose only purpose is to be among the elite and the rich.

Then there are the poor Southern racists, who murder little girls in their Black churches, go to church themselves on Sunday, claim to be Christian - they haven't the faintest idea what a Christian is.

I will name your Christians for you: George W. Bush (genocidal, theiving capitalist), Tony Blair (ditto from UK), Pat Robertson (who suggests we assassinate the elected leader of Venezuela), Jim Baker, Jimmy Swaggart, Charles Manson, Jim Jones, countless priests who bed little boys and little girls, several GOP leaders with Christian credentials who used their positions to gain sexual favors mainly from underaged children.

Every time someone abuses his own children, he is usually a Christian. It happens so often I cannot recount their names at this time.

The problem is not Jesus Christ, but present day Christians. Evangelicals want to run everybody else's life. They should mind their own business the way "Atheists" do. I would rather live next door to an Atheist than to an Evangelical.

Finally, Pacifists don't murder 1 million innocent Muslims to steal their oil. Christian leaders such as George W. Bush did that.

Incidentally I suggest you use words over which your brain has some control. It is obvious that your educational background will not permit you to speak forcefully. But I understand your frustration. It's a tough job attempting to defend the INDEFENSIBLE!

Regards, Tabacco

I'm sorry, but you think that atheists do not commit acts of racism? I am an atheist myself, but I don't believe for a second that all atheists are perfect in any way. Racists come in all shapes and sizes, and though religion can indeed influence racism, that does not mean that lack of religion equals lack of racism. The same goes for discrimination against homosexuals.

In fact, I find most of your statements to be incredibly biased and mostly false. For instance, you say that atheists do not commit wars of choice. Since most of the world's leaders have some sort of religion, atheists have not been given many opportunities to wage wars. Who knows, perhaps given the power, an atheist may decide to wage war against theists. This fact may also apply to your statement about genocide.

Another point you made was that atheists do not attempt to control the lives of others. By telling people not to believe in a god, is that not trying to control them? Once again, I state that I am an atheist, but I do not try to force my beliefs on others. An exception to that is if the person I am speaking to is arguing about science, which is a different case in my point of view.

The fact is that one cannot make broad generalizations about any group of people. Jews, Christians, and Muslims in general do not do the things that you have stated they are guilty of, but rather individuals. The same rule applies to atheists.

TABACCO: I love it when Readers take what I say and turn it into what they say. I don't even have to reread my own text because I would never say that any human was "perfect", not Jesus, not Muhammad, and not the Dalhi Llama.

My Post was not a "glorification" of Atheists except to say that Atheists don't run countries and therefore do not initiate genocide, imperialism and other crimes against humanity. But I'm pretty sure there are Atheists among the foot soldiers.

I use Atheists to point up the fact that ALL COUNTRIES are run by RELIGIOUS HYPOCRITES! Then I use Atheists to point out how hypocritical religion is.

I suggest you reread this Post so that you may understand it better. I, myself, am not an Atheist because I realize how ridiculous it is to conclude the world in all its complexity, and at the same time, its compatibility, could have been formed without intelligent thought. The Universe could not have occurred "accidentally". Atheists have drawn a wrong conclusion because they have confused God with Religion. Your Conclusion is that since Religions are BOGUS (which they are), God does not exist - INVALID REASONING!

Atheists are just as DUMB as Religious types, just not as Genocidal! Atheists draw the wrong Conclusion about God; and Religious groups misinterpret and speak for God, which they cannot do because they do not know what God has in mind - they can only surmise! The Bible, Koran etc were all written by men, not God. That's Religious Fallacy & Propaganda!

Most Atheists, if I may be so bold as to speak for your group, would prefer to live and let live. That's why I give Atheists my support, not because of their erroneous conclusion!

"Since most of the world's leaders have some sort of religion, atheists have not been given many opportunities to wage wars." - Sorry if I was unclear, but I agree wholeheartedly with that comment myself! My point is NOT that Atheists would not be just as warlike as Religious Hypocrites but that ONLY Religious-type Leaders have made the world the cesspool it is today.

"By telling people not to believe in a god, is that not trying to control them?" - NO! If that were true then I would have to stop blogging. I tell people to not do this or to do that all the time - that is not control! Do you tell your children to do this or don't do that? There is a difference between proselytizing/persuading and enjoining/manipulating/ruling. If you cannot see the difference, nothing I can say will persuade you.

"Once again, I state that I am an atheist, but I do not try to force my beliefs on others." - I have never observed Atheists doing anything else! You say Atheists are controlling but you yourself "live and let live". Perhaps it is you, not I, who misjudge Atheists. Personally, I don't see how Atheists COULD try to control people other than other Atheists, who listen to their philosophy. That's like preaching to the choir, isn't it?

"The fact is that one cannot make broad generalizations about any group of people. Jews, Christians, and Muslims in general do not do the things that you have stated they are guilty of, but rather individuals. The same rule applies to atheists." - What you say is 'POLITICALLY CORRECT' and undoubtedly will be accepted as True by most unthinking people; but it is absolutely FALSE! If we could not generalize, we would have to dig our own graves and jump in! How else could we possibly judge, predict or analyze anything. You have failed to realize that these leaders are a product of their religious group, not Atheism.

The difference is this: most biased individuals judge on the basis of race, height, eye color, body type, country of origin or some other qualification about which those individuals have ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL.

I judge people, based on qualities they have chosen! One chooses to be a Methodist! One chooses to be a Republican! One chooses to be an ATHEIST! See the difference?

I do NOT suggest however that a Christian, a Jew or a Muslim necessarily chooses those religions without outside influences, which may be too strong for them to overcome. But Atheism exerts much less pressure!

You have the right idea; you just did not think it out thoroughly! If a family of 8 is born in America, attends Evangelical services, the parents are registered Republicans, and they live in Georgia, it is very likely their children will grow up to be American Evangelical Republicans, but not necessarily.

That is how intelligent people cogitate. We don't assume everything is black and white, and I DO NOT BELIEVE IN PREDESTINATION AT ALL!

I judge people on what they do, not even totally on what they say. I do not judge people on what they are when those qualities accrued to them at birth or are forced upon them by parents, family and friends in their youth. Once their decisions are their own, I judge them accordingly.

After all, there are such things as Black Republicans; and Leni Riefenstahl was a Jewish Nazi!

Thanks for your Comment - the misunderstanding on your part may have been mostly the erroneous assumptions on my part. For that, i stand corrected.

Thanks again for your Comments, Tabacco
