Tabacco: Have you ever paid close attention to an adult male lion in A-1 shape: he has a gutt! The difference between that lion and the human anatomy is that the lion walks on all 4s and his gutt is acted upon by gravity more effectively than in humans. Also there is the fact that lions don’t use bodybuilding equipment, and the male lion is basically lazy and lets the female do most of the work. But he does get 1st Dibs on Fresh Kills! Not a very effective profile to fight “Abdominal Gutt” syndrome.
It is generally accepted that you cannot “spot” diet - you cannot lose weight only in your legs, only in your hips, only in your breasts, or only in your “Gutt”. Therefore it is logical to assume you cannot gain “Excess Weight” only in those areas either. There are extenuating circumstances regarding one’s gender and one’s body type. But in general this concept is valid.
If you are female and your main problem is “Excessive Leg Size”, this Post won’t help you. But mope NOT because this is NOT a “Turnoff” to lots of horny people of either gender.
Those females with “Excessive Breast Size” or “Big Booty” should reread the paragraph about “Excessive Leg Size”. The same applies to you.
If those of you with “Big Booty” are not encouraged by the previous paragraph, Tabacco suggests you rent any or all Jennifer Lopez flicks and watch them until you regain your positive self-image!
Now to both males and females with “Big Gutt”, regardless of age, this Post is directed to you.
There are two types of “Big Gutt”. After you finish overeating your Thanksgiving Pig Out, your “Upper Abdominal” area is bursting at the seams, your stomach hurts, and all you want to do is lie down or sit on the throne. Your condition is temporary unless you do it on a regular basis. In that case your stomach, which is a muscle, will expand. That allows you to overeat everyday, not just on “Pig Out” occasions. Those individuals have “Excess” problems in lots of areas, not just the Gutt.
The second “Big Gutt” area is the “Lower Abdominal” area. The day after Thanksgiving, that area does not return to normal size. That is its normal size. It was like that the day before Thanksgiving, the day before that and the day before that. Wishing or Waiting will NOT change it. You people are the ones I’m addressing. You guys must TAKE ACTION.
Your stomach is NOT located in your Lower Abdominal area. So bloating that muscle does not account for this condition. You’ve heard “Beer Belly”, “Just Fat”, “Eats Too Much” etc. etc. None of those answers make any sense. If you can’t spot diet, you can’t spot gain either. EXCEPT! There is another consideration, which has been ignored. What is in your lower abdominal area? Muscles and Intestines! There are other contents, but we can ignore them for the purpose of this Post.
I have one question to pose: “Have you ever seen anyone, male or female, who had a ‘Fat Back’?” Of course not! You see folks, who are so obese that their “Love Handles” almost drag the ground, but the back itself is usually spared this abomination. Why is the Back different from the abdominal area? What differentiates the Back from the Abdominal area? Answer: The BACKBONE!
Backbone prevents a “Rear Gutt” from ever forming in anybody. The Abdominals have only one protection: Abdominal Muscles! If your “Abdominals” are strong, you may be “Fat”, but the “Gutt” will not be out of proportion. That means those of you, who have an “Abdominal Gutt” as your most recognizable physical anomaly, probably have WEAK ABDOMINALS.
What happens to those of the Weak Abdominal disposition? Answer: The abdominal muscles are not just there to be attractive to onlookers. No, they provide support to the intestines in the front of your body the same way the backbone supplies support to your intestines in the back of your body. Therefore the REAL PROBLEM is the - that’s right - the INTESTINES.
Intestines, like the stomach, are muscles. They have the potential to contract or expand. Because of the backbone, expanding backwards is impossible. But because of weak abdominal muscles, expansion on the front of your body is quite possible. In fact it happens in babies, pre-adolescents, and teenagers, not just adults. Show me a baby with abdominal muscles like a young Schwarzenegger! It doesn’t happen. But as babies grow, some retain that “Gutt” while others “lose it” and have svelte waistlines. This doesn’t occur simply from overaggressive eating habits; it occurs because those abdominal muscles were not worked enough.
If you were expecting an “Easy Cure”, you came to the WRONG BLOG! There are no easy answers here. The Primary Solution I know of is E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E!
I used to see ads for that electric shock machine you attached to your abdominals. This was supposed to activate your abdominals and produce a “Six Pack”. Well, if it really worked, it would not have disappeared. Almost every household would have one.
See those “Easy Abdominal Machine” ads in which these “actors” with bodies to die for exhibit “8 Packs”? Well, the bodies are REAL, but they didn’t get them from “Easy Abdominal Machines”! They got those great abdominals from HARD WORK! If you fell for one of those commercials, you deserve to be conned!
Then there are those “Walking” machines or “Running” machines, which give you a “Cardiovascular” Workout. I have no problem with “Cardiovascular” Workouts, but those great bodies didn’t come from doing that; they came from doing muscle-toning weight training. This is not a Scientifically approved Theory as far as I know, but it is Tabacco’s Logical Conclusion. The “Lower Gutt” came as the result of Weak Abdominal Muscles, which allow the Intestines to expand with little opposition. What you see is not Excess Fat, but EXCESS INTESTINES. There is another possible factor in the “Abdominal Gutt” syndrome. When John Wayne died, an autopsy revealed 40 pounds of impacted fecal matter. Elvis Presley reportedly had 60 pounds of it. There are not many options for that amount of impacted fecal material inside the intestine walls. It doesn’t move; it doesn’t dissolve; it can only expand those intestinal muscles forward, which means an “Abdominal Gutt’. Both Elvis and Wayne “might” be alive today if they had used a detox program.

The good news is that this second factor doesn’t require hard work and is not that expensive. Clearly the fact that neither John Wayne nor Elvis Presley used a detox program had absolutely nothing to do with finances. It had to do with ignorance.

Tabacco has provided you with 2 options. I’m sure there are more. I don’t get paid, so I make no recommendation of one program over another except to say that I personally have used one and achieved results. It is quite possible that lives can be saved if this condition gets better publicity. Presley and Wayne are two prime examples of famous people, who died too soon.
I cannot speak for the Detox-Colon treatments, but Physician’s Choice claims to use only natural components, mostly herbs.
I recommend to all my Readers that they should do their own research into Detox programs. But for heaven’s sake, stop believing that “beer belly” crap. Why? Because some people, who don’t drink beer, have “abdominal gutts”. Tabacco doesn’t drink beer, and though not completely “cured”, my “abdominal gutt” is greatly improved. At 65 years of age, I rarely do abdominal crunches anymore.
