Isn’t it amazing how foreigner, Roger Federer, can steamroll through Wimbledon without losing a set and get nothing from TV tennis’ Talking Heads except KUDOS and how great Roger is! But when Americans, Venus and Serena Williams, steamroll the field, all we hear is how boring and uncompetitive their matches are.
Venus just defeated the No. 1 women’s tennis player in the world 6-1, 6-0 in the Semis, so No. 1 does not have the excuse that she was not playing well. Oh for the days of mediocre competitive women’s tennis! No. 1 would have beaten anyone, not named Williams or White. Mercy and clemency prevent me from mentioning No. 1’s name!
While Venus gave virtually a tennis lesson or symposium, Serena had an awful day for Serena, barely edging out her Caucasian opponent, Elena Dementieva, in 3 close sets. So naturally, the Tennis Channel is replaying that close match in which Serena and her White opponent both played mediocre tennis. Why would anyone want to watch a White girl taking a lesson and a beating from a Black girl! Why indeed!
Oh for the days of mediocre, lily-White, competitive, moonball women’s tennis! I remember the accuracy of Chris Evert. You could see her every shot even on small screens in black and white because Chrissie didn’t hit very hard. More recently, we had Martina Hingis as No. 1. She was an Evert clone, not a Navratilova clone. Then there was the proverbial No. 2, Aranxta Sanchez-Vicario of moonball fame! Thank God she never embarrassed us all by becoming No. 1. She left that honor to Marat’s sister, Dinara Safina – oooppsss, I let it slip!
So white TV tennis analysts would prefer Aranxta’s competitive, but mediocre, moonball badminton to the Big Babe tennis of those Black purveyors of boring, blinding, uncompetitive tennis because most white girls can’t hit that hard and keep the ball in play at the same time! Safina hits as hard; she just can’t control it!
I guess being American means less to American favoritism than being Black means to American favoritism! Oh, did I forget to mention that the Williams sisters are Black and Roger Federer and the women’s No. 1 are both White! Sorry about that! (Tongue in cheek)
Lest you think it is a sexual thing and not a racist thing, let me remind you that a German (those are the folks who fought us in WWII – you remember Adolf Hitler, don’t you!), Steffi Graf, won lopsided matches all the time and got nothing but Kudos from those Talking Heads. Of course, Steffi is Aryan – I think that qualifies as Caucasian! Oh yes, Steffi had a slice backhand, which NEVER threatened to break an egg whereas Venus and Serena are both complete players, who hit hard on both wings. But of course Venus and Serena are Black.
Barack Obama notwithstanding, isn’t it informative about our “Melting Pot” how in America everything begins and ends with race, American backslapping propaganda notwithstanding! Yet someone is bound to step forward and call Tabacco the racist, when in fact I am merely the messenger. It always works that way in America.
BAD NEWS:
Venus & Serena Williams will play Saturday for the women’s Wimbledon Championship, so no Caucasian can win, and the champion will be Black!
GOOD NEWS:
One Black Williams sister must lose the Final.
An American will be crowned Champion.
There will be other Wimbledons.
The Williams sisters cannot go on forever.
Most importantly, NO Caucasian will lose Saturday in the women’s Final!
The world has gone to the dogs. There are so few Mountains or Glass Ceilings left for Blacks to climb. Elderly Doug Williams quarterbacked the Redskins to a SuperBowl victory, disproving the accepted theory that Blacks weren’t smart enough to play Quarterback. Hell, I could have told them that – White QB, Terry Bradshaw, won it 4 times! How smart do you have to be!
And at his age, they couldn’t even say Doug Williams had a physical advantage whereas White QBs are always smart rather than physically gifted. You know, it is possible to be both physically gifted and intelligent!
George W. Bush served 2 terms as president, so how smart do you have to be to get elected president!
Carrie Prejean is no smarter than Sarah Palin, but nobody ever claimed Miss America was a mental contest.
All we need now is a Black Madoff and there will be no Mountains left to climb!
PS Had Dinara Safina beaten Venus Williams 6-1, 6-0, which match do you think would receive more repeats?
Tabacco would prefer to watch one playing good to viewing two playing bad! After all, in a “repeat”, we already know who won, so there is no viewer tension involved!
Venus, the best way to get TV time in America is to murder or rob a White person, not wipe the court with one in a tennis match!
If anyone recorded the Venus match, save it! It will be harder to find than photos of a young, pudgy Martina Navratilova!
