Rep. Pete Stark, California: Tabacco's New Hero In House - Compassionate Conservative Bush's Veto Against Children Stands Because Compassionate Republicans Refuse To Budge! - RI10

posted Friday, 19 October 2007

Rep. Pete Stark,

California:

Tabacco’s New Hero

In House -

Compassionate

Conservative

Bush's Veto

Against Children

Stands Because

Compassionate

Republicans Refuse

To Budge! - RI10

Tabacco: There is NO COMPASSION IN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY! There is only GREEDY, SELF-INTEREST CAPITALISM! Those of you, who voted Republican in the past, must have figured this out by now or else you are STUPID!

Many Republican supporters, particularly the Southern Redneck variety, excuse their voting patterns with moral clichés, aphorisms and lies:

Anti-Abortion

Anti-Gay Marriage

Anti-Flag Burning

Anti-Liberalism

The truth is these LIARS are anti-Black. Even Republicans are beginning to admit that fact. When any GOP voter invokes any quasi-morality excuse, disregard it. Tell them point blank – you are a racial bigot. Just admit it!

Now to address my new hero, California’s Pete Stark! Nancy Pelosi, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dianne Feinstein have made me think much less of Californians. However Barbara Boxer and now Pete Stark have revived my confidence in that State’s general intelligence. Let’s call it a wash!

Tabacco transcribed the following Stark remarks, but you can find the text on all CNN programs. If you listen to The Situation Room, you can hear him utter the remarks himself.

“You don’t have money to fund

the war or children. But you’re

going to spend it to blow up

innocent people if we can get

enough kids to grow old

enough for you to send

to Iraq to get

their heads blown off for the

president’s amusement.”

Tabacco takes exception to one word only “amusement”. I would substitute the phrase “personal greed and avarice”. Other than that I say 3 cheers for Rep. Pete Stark of California!

Somebody has to speak the truth about the pariah in the White House!

House Fails to Override Bush S-CHIP Veto
The House has failed to override President Bush’s veto of a bill expanding health insurance to millions of children from low-income families. Supporters needed a two-thirds majority to overcome the veto. But not a single Republican who initially voted against the measure switched sides. The bill would have expanded the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, known as S-CHIP, by thirty-five billion dollars over five years. Democratic leaders say they will re-introduce the measure with minor changes next month. Meanwhile Democratic Congressmember Pete Stark has set off a furious Republican reaction with his comments on the House floor. Stark said: “You don’t have money to fund the war or children. But you’re going to spend it to blow up innocent people if we can get enough kids to grow old enough for you to send to Iraq to get their heads blown off for the president’s amusement”. Stark has refused to apologize.

Footnote: Apparently Pete Stark is an Atheist. Tabacco couldn’t care less. But I do have a question:

Why is it that Atheists tell the

Truth about Bush and both

Democratic and Republican

“Believers” do nothing but Lie?

Tabacco: I consider myself both a funnel and a filter. I funnel information, not readily available on the Mass Media, which is ignored and/or suppressed. I filter out the irrelevancies and trivialities to save both the time and effort of my Readers and bring consternation to the enemies of Truth & Fairness! When you read Tabacco, if you don’t learn something NEW, I’ve wasted your time.

In 1981's 'Body Heat', Kathleen Turner said, "Knowledge is power".

Yes, Folks:

Dem Hierarchy forced Stark to "apologize" to GWB! I'm so glad I don't do this for a living where someone can pull my strings. I tell the Truth! I would never apologize unless a) I was wrong or b) I received equivalent concessions - and I don't mean CA$H!

He apologized, but he meant what he said; you know it and I know it and so does anybody with the ability to think clearly. So disregard the apology and focus on the original comments! Those were the Truth and Starks' sincere feelings about your president. I agree with the Congressman!
