I watched a show listening for Canned Laughter. 'Frasier' has it, but I never noticed before. When a show isn't funny, the canned laughter is the only thing you do notice. When a show is really good, you pay the canned stuff no attention.

New Republic Lee Siegel, "Everybody Hates Chris"..It's actually something very rare on television, even rarer in the movies, and almost non-existent in contemporary fiction. It's the wise, tender, funny portrait of a poor kid. -Tabacco: LOL
